As the destination events arm of an iconic mountain resort brand, Vail Resorts welcomes guests to some of the most spectacular venues in the world. Their paid social strategy had been in motion for years, but organic efforts lagged behind. Responding to the sales team’s push for a more strategic organic social presence, Vail Resorts turned to Pomona to establish a foundation that could grow and sustain long-term results.

Vail Resorts needed to position its destination events arm as the premier choice for weddings, meetings, and conferences. Our mission was to craft a social strategy that inspired, built trust, and drove action. By focusing on content designed to be saved, shared, and engaged with, we aimed to attract new audiences, increase RFP submissions, and amplify the impact of paid campaigns—all through the power of high-performing organic social.
Creative Campaign Development
To reinforce this presence beyond social, Pomona developed a distinctive point of view and brand voice for both Vail Resorts Weddings and Vail Resorts Meetings & Events.
